Had essentials needed in the a twin room, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was quiet, a 10-15 minute walk from Jackpot Golf Club. It also was very close to everything...

I stayed for a few days while exploring the area, and I enjoyed my experience. The location is perfect, just a 7-minute walk to Hakata Station, making it easy to get around. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized shower. The amenities were a nice touch, especially the automatic laundry detergent and the coffee drink bar. With convenient nearby restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and even Yamato Transport for luggage shipping, it made my trip smooth and hassle-free.

We had a pleasant stay at Halrotto Fukuoka Hakata, conveniently located near Hakata Station and local shops. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the carpet on the 1st floor felt old. I’d recommend this hotel.

I had a pretty good weekend! The staff were super friendly and even helped me store my luggage before check-in, which was super convenient. The hotel’s location was fantastic—only a short 7-minute walk to Hakata Station and nearby convenience stores like 7-11 and Lawson made grabbing snacks a breeze! The laundry room was also a nice touch, and the coffee at the drink bar was a lifesaver.
On the downside, the room was a bit cramped, especially with my oversized luggage. The carpet on the first floor felt old and made some in my group a little uneasy. Plus, they only provided room cleaning after a few days, so it would’ve been nice to have that more frequently. a decent stay but some things could definitely be improved!

I had a great stay! The location is unbeatable—just a 7-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it super convenient for exploring. The room was a good size, and I loved having bottled water available. Plus, the laundry facilities were a lifesaver after a long day of meetings; the machines even come with detergent included!
A couple of things could be improved. The daily room cleaning policy was a bit odd, as they only cleaned every 3-4 days. the sink was pretty small, leading to a bit of splashing when washing up. not major issues, but worth mentioning!

I really struggled with the cramped room—had to haul my oversized luggage to the bed just to open it. Plus, the small sink was a mess; splashes everywhere made it frustrating to wash my hands without drenching the floor.
